🕒 Return Window

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Used, opened, or damaged products

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

🔁 How to Return

  1. Email us at gissahuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will respond with return instructions and the return address

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will notify you regarding your refund status

💰 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item)

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns
